You can reach me two ways:

This keeps conversations organized, makes it easy to attach screenshots/files, and lets you see status and history without digging through email.
- Email — write to support@nicamco.atlassian.net if you prefer to keep things in your inbox. It’s just as effective; you simply won’t have the self-service tracking that the portal provides.
Helpful details to include in bug reports or requests:
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)
- Your device model and browser name/version
- Steps to reproduce the issue (what you tapped/entered)
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- Any export file that helps (CSV/JSON) — optional
Submitting a review authorizes me to use that review in promotional materials.
